Don't give up

Great journeys or races are much more difficult in the beginning. But we often give up as soon as we face opposition or obstacles. That is when the people you have on your team will become handy, encouraging you to keep going.

Its also worth remembering who are the people invested in your race or whatever you are trying to achieve: is it your children, company, country or church? If you give up you will have nothing to show for the efforts made thus this far. And they may suffer greater loss than you realise.

Its also interesting to note that when you give up, you don’t go back to where you started; you may have to start way behind.
